Agency recruitment policy

Agency recruiters are prohibited from submitting unsolicited candidate information to any RSM LLP employee until and unless a contract for recruiting services has been entered into with the Workforce Strategy and Talent Acquisition Leader.

Agency recruiters acknowledge that RSM will not be responsible for any fees related to any unsolicited candidate submitted without a prior written contract with the Workforce Strategy and Talent Acquisition Leader. Agency recruiters further agree that submitting such unsolicited candidate information is done at their own risk and will be deemed to have waived any claim for compensation.
