To honor those who have helped make the firm what it is today, we established the RSM Hall of Fame in 2016.

We are proud to recognize the many people who have shaped our rich past and prepared us for the bright future that lies ahead. These individuals have had a major impact in enriching and shaping the firm over its long, remarkable history.

In conjunction with the firm’s biennial Owner Meeting, individuals are inducted into the RSM Hall of Fame to honor their exemplary contributions and stewardship as the firm’s first-choice advisors.

Congratulations to the 2016 RSM Hall of Fame inductees:

In 2016, RSM's past and present came together to celebrate the firm's 90th anniversary and the inaugural Hall of Fame induction. Attendees traveled from across the country to Cedar Rapids, Iowa, where the firm originated in 1926.

Ira B. McGladrey

Founded the firm in 1926. Served as managing partner 1926-1952. Ira became a recognized leader in the profession, whose work changed the way accounting was practiced across the nation.

George Hansen

Served as managing partner 1952-1966.

Ivan Bull

Served as managing partner 1966-1981. Ivan was known for his integrity, humble beginnings and fantastic leadership.

Jack Wahlig

Served as managing partner 1982-1989. Being a great visionary was one of Jack’s key contributions to the firm.

LeRoy Martin

Served as managing partner 1989-1997. His focus on people was one of his key contributions to the firm.

Tom Rotherham

Served as the Chief Operating Officer of M&P and in the office of the managing partner 1997-1999.

Mark Scally

Served in the office of the managing partner 1997-1999. He was a great visionary and dynamic speaker.

Bob Jensen
