At RSM, giving back isn’t a one-day event; it’s a way of life. Through Power of Love, our global stewardship campaign, our people live our values in action, making a difference in the communities where we live and work while strengthening the culture that makes RSM unique.

Our commitment to community

Since the launch of RSM volunteering day in India in 2022, more than 80% of our people across our four locations have participated, contributing over 43,000 hours of volunteering. From uplifting schools and building digital literacy to mentoring young learners, our teams are championing inclusive education and shaping brighter futures, one meaningful hour at a time.

Through the Dollars for Doers program, the RSM US Foundation contributes $4.5 (₹400) for every hour volunteered, turning individual efforts into collective impact for inclusive education.

Being part of this initiative has shown me the true power of collective action. It’s not just about the hours we log; it’s about the lives we touch and the culture we build. The most rewarding part? Knowing this is just the beginning.

Our impact to date

• In 2025 alone, more than 1,900 professionals in India generated $72,400 (₹63 lakhs) in grants by dedicating their time to uplift schools, engage students and create digital learning kits for children with disabilities.
• Since 2022, more than $300,000 (₹2.64 crores) has been provided in grants through volunteering and fundraising efforts to support education for all initiatives.

We support and fund the United Way, an organization dedicated to addressing inequities in health care, education and economic mobility.
