Edin has 14 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) and Power Platform. Edin has delivered successful implementations across public and private sectors, with a current emphasis on leading diverse project teams in the design and delivery of unified digital platforms for multiple government entities. His experience encompasses business analysis, solution design and architecture, data migration, systems integration, end-user training, and post go-live support, utilizing both hybrid and agile methodologies.

Currently, Edin serves as our health and human services lead, ensuring successful project delivery and solution architecture of HHS Case Management implementations. Edin is recognized for leading complex engagements for state and county agencies, consistently driving project success through strategic vision, proactive stakeholder management, and a collaborative approach.
