About Jennifer

Jennifer Brunell is a partner in RSM US LLP's international tax practice. Her experience includes inbound and outbound multinational tax planning and structuring; foreign tax credits; GILTI, FDII, and BEAT planning and managing all aspects of global compliance for inbound and outbound multinationals. Jennifer also specializes in ASC 740 for multinationals.

Experience

In addition to her public accounting experience, Jennifer has corporate tax experience with a publicly traded, multinational pharmaceutical company. In that role, she drove cash tax and effective rate optimization, designed and implemented new direct and indirect tax processes, and partnered with finance and operations teams globally to execute complex tax projects.

Jennifer serves publicly traded clients and privately held clients in a wide variety of industries and specializes in serving life sciences companies.
