Justin Silva has over 13 years of experience in accounting methods, and serves as a regional practice leader for RSM US LLP’s credits, incentives and methods practice. He is responsible for providing tax consulting services to privately held and SEC-registered clients across numerous industrial and consumer product industries, including retail, manufacturing, aerospace and defense, technology, media/communications, life sciences, and food and beverage.

Experience

With extensive training in tax credits, incentives, and accounting methods and periods, Justin is driven to support clients through any challenges. He has deep experience with revenue recognition, leasing, capitalization, cost recovery and computer software development costs. Not only is Justin a key asset to clients, he also serves as a technical instructor for firmwide trainings.

An active developer of thought leadership at RSM, Justin has had numerous tax-related opinion and technical articles published on the firm’s website and in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Tax Adviser.
