About Michael

Michael Nafziger is a principal in the business applications practice at RSM US. He helps organizations leverage technology by assessing business needs, designing effective solutions and managing successful system implementations aligned with strategic goals.

Experience

Michael is RSM's national customer relationship management (CRM) capability leader. In this role, he works closely with CRM practices across the firm to expand services that support clients' technology initiatives and serves as a primary liaison with Microsoft on matters related to Dynamics CRM.

He has more than 25 years of experience in the information technology, including CRM, application development, systems integration, enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations and case management across a wide variety of industries. He advises clients on CRM application implementations and broader technology initiatives, from strategic planning and technology assessments to system design and deployment.

His experience includes assessing IT systems, organizational structures and governance practices; designing and managing CRM implementations; assessing business requirements; overseeing integrated sales order processing, financial management, warehouse management and dispatch systems; and managing IT organization integration efforts during the merger of two public companies.
