- Reserve and Guard full pay and benefits for 90 days, gap-pay and full benefits extend from 90 days up to 24 months.

Military talent strategic partnerships
At RSM, we are committed to supporting the military community through strategic partnerships that provide meaningful opportunities, resources and recognition for veterans, active service members and their families. We proudly work alongside leading organizations to help military-affiliated individuals successfully transition, grow and thrive in civilian careers.
Through our partnership with Community Cultivator, RSM supports initiatives designed to strengthen military spouse career navigation, workforce participation and access to opportunity. As a Founding Employer Partner, RSM will engage with Community Cultivator’s growing military spouse community and talent network through workforce, networking and community engagement opportunities, talent initiatives and pilot programs.
Through our partnership with Folds of Honor, RSM helps provide scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen or disabled military heroes. This support furthers educational access and honors the legacy of those who have served.
Through our partnership with Hiring Our Heroes, we attend multiple hiring events, both in-person and virtual, professional development speaking engagements and fully funded 12-week fellowship program that connects military spouses and veterans with hands-on experience at RSM. Fellows receive professional development and mentorship, helping to build strong career foundations.
MSSA is a comprehensive, 17-week, full-time technical training program designed to prepare transitioning service members, veterans and eligible military spouses for high-demand careers. Participants choose from three in-demand learning paths:
- Cybersecurity operations
- Cloud application development
- Server and cloud administration
The program features hands-on labs, real-world scenarios and prepares students for industry-recognized certifications—equipping them with the skills and credentials needed to succeed in today's technology-driven workforce.
Through our strategic partnership with the Department of Defense’s Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP), RSM supports MSEP’s mission to connect military spouses with employers committed to recruiting, hiring, promoting, and retaining military spouses. Together, we help create meaningful, long-term career opportunities for military spouses.
RSM supports SVA in its mission to empower student veterans in higher education. By aligning with SVA’s robust network and resources, we help veterans navigate their academic and career journeys with confidence.
We are honored to support Wreaths Across America in its year-round mission to remember, honor and teach. Beyond the annual wreath-laying ceremonies, we engage with this organization to demonstrate our ongoing gratitude to veterans and their families.
