Employee networks

Open to all RSM people, our VALOR employee network group engages its members to create a supportive environment for veterans, active/reserve military and their spouses within RSM and local communities.  VALOR supports veterans and military spouses transition to the civilian workforce through education, community outreach and building corporate partnerships.

VALOR provides resources for professional development, leadership and networking, while also supporting deployed employees and helping members leverage their skills for clients. The group organizes local, regional and national activities that enhance members’ careers.

RSM is dedicated to being a military-friendly organization, ensuring veterans and spouses receive the support they need to thrive in the civilian workforce.

Partnerships

Hiring Our Heroes
We have access to a fully funded fellowship program, which offers a 12-week opportunity for military spouses and veterans to gain hands-on experience and receive professional development support.
Folds of Honor
Through this partnership, we provide scholarships to families of military heroes who were disabled or lost their lives during their service.
Wreaths Across America
Wreaths Across America's mission to remember, honor and teach lasts all year long, far beyond the single day in December when we coordinate wreath-laying ceremonies. Throughout the year, Wreaths Across America works in a number of ways to show our veterans and their families that we will not forget—we will never forget.
