Deal services advisory
- The deal services advisory team provides buy-side and sell-side financial, tax, and operational due diligence services to private equity firms and strategic companies. The team assists either the buyer or the seller in their financial evaluation of the target entity’s overall operations during a merger and acquisition transaction. This includes evaluating their financial performance, finance and accounting function, and assisting with the overall purchase process.
