You can enhance a standard platform license with advanced NetSuite feature modules and add additional users by purchasing individual access via any browser on a universal cloud-based platform.

NetSuite licensing operates on a subscription model, and you can renew annually or over longer durations. There are several pre-bundled vertical editions that can be useful to quickly identify the package and modules you need. You decide which one is best and when to add more capacity. How to buy a NetSuite license

Customization
Once you determine that NetSuite is the right platform for your organization, your consultant will help you identify a complete product configuration to meet your needs including base editions, special editions, advanced add-on modules and user counts.
Contract
The minimum NetSuite subscription is one year, with options for extending to five years. Longer-term options bring benefits including discounts and financing, with a requirement of payment-in-full for the contract period. Financing can provide a mechanism for spreading NetSuite costs over the license duration.
Implementation

Because NetSuite can deliver so quickly, we provide a solution architect throughout the sales process to capture your requirements and provide an estimate for NetSuite implementation services and license fees. Payment
Once you agree to an estimate for your chosen configuration and duration, you’ll be asked to sign the estimate as well as a service license agreement. Shortly afterward (usually within 48 hours), your NetSuite account will be provisioned, and your implementation will begin. You will pay NetSuite directly for license fees.
